Refurbishment works to the Barstaple Almshouse are coming to an end

Planning application for extension to the Pony and Trap

Alec French Architects have been working with Josh Eggleton at the Pony and Trap to prepare planning applications covering an extension to the Michelin stared restaurant and the addition of accommodation cabins below the orchard. The new spaces will provide an enhanced finishing kitchen, a large open-plan dining area and the opportunity of an extended stay at this first-class culinary destination.

Planning application lodged for Old BRI Site

A Planning application has been lodged with BCC on behalf of Unite Students for the redevelopment of the Old BRI site in Bristol, the scheme will create 62 Residential properties (with 20% at discounted marked rent), 416 student bedspaces with associated ancillary space and a generous new public realm, it also includes an application to refurbish the listed chapel as a community arts venue.
