The remaining land at Imperial Park in Hartcliffe, South Bristol was masterplanned for a mixed use development comprising public house, hotel, car show room, business units, a care home and family homes on behalf of the previous owners of the site Capital & Regional.

Outline planning consent was granted for 4 plots. Our masterplan created a street frontage to Wills Way with a landscaped perimeter to surrounding roads which retains many existing trees. The masterplan helps integrate Urban Splash’s new Lakeshore residential conversion of the Grade II listed Imperial Tobacco headquarters building to the west of the site.

This masterplanning project was completed in 2011 and the site was then sold onto a new client in 2012.
