The project involves the conversion of an existing office building with a prominent early 19th century Grade II listed hotel façade by R.S. Pope and I.K. Brunel and an associated Horse Bazaar structure to the rear of the prominent City Centre site. Refurbishment and extension of the existing building will provide around 246 student bedrooms, as a mixture of clusters and individual studio units, together with communal areas and quiet study spaces.
