3-8 Redcliffe Parade

Client: Change Real Estate
Value: £5.5M
Duration: Completed December 2017

3-8 Redcliffe Parade involved the restoration of a Grade II listed terrace and repurposing of a 1970’s extension on a prominent site overlooking Bristol’s Floating Harbour.  Alec French were the architects for the work undertaken in the 1970’s. The terrace was returned to a residential use from offices and the extension over clad to create a striking foil to the sensitively restored terrace. As a result the finished scheme creates 30 high quality residential apartments with associated car parking and landscaping but also contributes positively to its context and the Conservation Area.

A new build two-storey residential unit (the Coach House) and bike store created a positive edge to the street as well as screening the residential, landscaped car park to the rear.
