Harry Westwood
Part I Architectural Assistant

Harry joined the practice in June 2018 from Richard Pedlar Architects after finishing his undergraduate degree in Architecture and Planning with Honours from the University of the West of England in 2017.

His studies have enabled him to undertake a range of projects, culminating in his 4th year design project which took a user sensitive approach to design a ‘Rehabilitation and Reintegration Facility’ for physically injured military veterans. He has also been highly commended as part of a small group for a global architecture and design competition and has been part of a student led humanitarian group, called ‘Building Away Borders’.

Harry’s interests lie in user led design and collaboration, where people are involved in and feel valued as part of the design process, which stemmed from his volunteering trips to Uganda over two years, to build playgrounds for local communities.
