Demolition works continue at The Kingfisher School with the south and west wings being removed and processed for extraction. The site is being leveled in preparation for ground works to start on the new school building. Careful phasing of the construction process allows the school to function and thrive whilst Kier carry out these works.

In this photo we can see the existing building materials being separated and ready for re-use or removal. The north (historically the girls entrance) and east wings remain, with the Kier site offices in the background. The scale of the new building becoming apparent as the dust settles.
